We’re about helping you say G’day to more of Australia, and the new G’day Parks brand aligns with our industry-leading loyalty program, G’day Rewards.
Does the brand change impact my G’day Rewards membership?
No, your G’day Rewards membership is not affected by the brand change.

What do I do if I have lost my membership card?
If you have lost your membership card, we encourage you to download the G’day Parks App where you can access your digital membership card with your membership number wherever you are.
The G’day Parks App can be downloaded from either the Google Play Store or Apple App Store on your device.
I would like to become a G’day Reward member. How do I do this?
You can join online by clicking here and following the steps or by visiting any of our parks as you are travelling.
My membership has expired. What options do I have?
You can renew your card by clicking here and following the prompts or at any of our parks as you are travelling around Australia.
How do I update my contact details?
You can update your contact details by clicking here.
Will I still receive my discount if I do not present my membership card?
You need proof of membership to receive the discount which must be presented on arrival at park. You can provide proof of membership in different forms. This may include, but not limited to, a photograph of the card on a phone/App or the welcome email with your card number.
Can I list both my name and my partner’s name on the membership card?
Yes, you can.
Simply open the G’day Parks app, log-in and navigate to the MY PROFILE section from the main Menu and your digital G’day Rewards Membership card will be displayed.

How do I purchase a gift voucher?
Gift Vouchers are available in $20 and $50 denominations and are valid for 36 months. can be used for accommodation bookings at any of our 300+ holiday parks around Australia. Click here to order now.
How long until I receive my gift voucher?
All vouchers are sent by registered mail with Australia Post. Please allow up to 10 days to receive your vouchers.
