Nestled within South Australia’s incredible Ikara-Flinders Ranges National Park, Discovery Resorts – Wilpena Pound is 430 kilometres north of Adelaide.
Journey through well-known wine regions including the Clare Valley, before taking the sealed road across the increasingly arid plains and into Wilpena Pound Resort.
The Flinders Ranges are one of the oldest mountain ranges in the world, with incredible geology, rock art, fossils – and awe-inspiring scenery.
There are many experiences on offer, such as guided walks, mountain biking, 4WD adventure and scenic flights.
But one of the great pastimes is to join a cultural tour, led by an Adnyamathanha guide so that you can discover the magic of the landscape through the eyes of its Traditional Owners.
